Service is  available to Geico, Lakeland Regional, Polk County Jails and Hardee Correctional Institution.  Rush and Same-Day service attempt is available.  

SERVICE FEES:

$50.00 Standard Service within Polk County, FL.

$75.00 Rush Service within Polk County, FL.

$99.00 Same Day Service attempt within Polk County, FL.

$75 Standard Statewide Florida or $150 Rush Service.

Standard  Service includes first attempt within three to five business days after server's receipt of documents to be served.  Rush Service includes first attempt within 24 to 48 business hours after server's receipt of documents to be served.  No service on Sunday. No additional fees apply for mileage, notary when required and up to three attempts of service per address.
